The heating wire is an electric hot wire wound with resistance alloy wire on the glass fiber wire and covered with silicon rubber insulating layer on its outer layer. Popular outer diameters are 1.2/2.0/2.5/3.0/4.0/5.0/mm. Resistance value: 0.3-20000 ohm per meter.
Applications: refrigerator, air conditioning, defrosting and heating of freezer, electric cooker insulation, electric blanket, electric cushion, electric massage chair, medical beauty equipment, electric waist circumference, electric warm clothing, electric shoes, bath pool, foot basin, pipeline tank insulation and antifreeze, window heating, etc.
Silicone heater has excellent heat resistance, which is widely used in refrigerators, freezers and other defrosters. The average power density is generally below 40 W / M. in the low temperature environment with good heat dissipation, the power density can reach 50 W / m, and the operating temperature is - 60℃ - 155℃.
