Recrystallized silicon carbide product is a kind of high-tech silicon carbide material, which is formed by mixing high-purity silicon carbide coarse powder and high-activity silicon carbide micro powder, and vacuum sintering at 2450 ℃ after injection molding to recrystallize it. Because of its high purity (SiC ≥ 99%) and no intermediate binding phase, it has excellent mechanical properties at high temperature, and its service temperature can reach 1650 ℃.
Recrystallized silicon carbide thermowell is corrosion-resistant, wear-resistant, high strength, oxidation-resistant, long service life, high temperature resistant, which is widely used in the temperature measurement system of chemical industry, metallurgy, ceramics and other industrial kilns.
